We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Prices may vary based on coach experience and session type
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

Payment Processing

• Payment is required before coaching sessions
• We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Refunds are provided at our discretion based on circumstances
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
• Unused session credits expire after 90 days

User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat coaches and other users with respect and professionalism
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions
• Follow coach instructions and recommendations
• Not share account credentials with others
• Not use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or coaches
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer our platform

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Skill Draft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Disclaimers and Limitations
